SINDA is having a 'Back-to-School Carnival' on 13 December 2008.
They would be giving away school bags, food rations and other goodies to 500 children from low-income families. There would be fun-packed activities for these children and a crowd of 1000 people are expected to be present on that day.
Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Minister for Finance will be the Guest of Honour for this event.

Venue : 1 Beatty Road (off Serangoon Road)
SINDA is seeking our support and have requested for a few students from our university to assist them in the ushering, registering and other areas. Students need to come in their school uniform with blazers. In case if it is not possible to come in school attire, smart casual wear is accepted. Shorts, slippers, sandals are not allowed. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
The students' services will be recognized through letters of appreciation from SINDA.
